MOVIKE DESIGN offers complete design and renovation services for your new or existing home. During the initial consultation, we discuss needs and ideas with you. After detailed information-gathering, we provide extensive design suggestions that work for different styles and budgets. Once a design concept has been decided on, MOVIKE DESIGN develops a specification binder for clients and contractor as well as extensive 2D CAD drawings. We also connect clients with local contractors and trades.
FEES
Larger projects are charged on a per square foot or budget percentage basis. There is a set fee for a walkthrough and also an hourly rate for additional hours or smaller projects. Please call me for details.
